PeriCalm Cascade™ is a dietary supplement designed to support women in perimenopause. It's built around seven clinically-anchored ingredients, including KSM-66® Ashwagandha and Pycnogenol®. Like any supplement, it's not right for everyone — and we want to be straight with you about that.
Read this page before starting PeriCalm Cascade. If anything here applies to you, talk to your doctor first.

Allergens and dietary information
PeriCalm Cascade is:
- Gluten-free
- Dairy-free
- Soy-free
- Non-GMO
It contains plant-based ingredients. Always read the full Supplement Facts label before use. If you have a known sensitivity to ashwagandha, pine bark, or any of the listed ingredients, do not take this product.
How to take it
Take 2 capsules daily with water, ideally with food. Most women take it in the morning, though some prefer evening. Consistency matters more than timing — daily use is what produces results.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. More is not better with adaptogens.
What to expect
Most women feel the first shift within 14 days — typically deeper sleep and a drop in the rage response. Full effects on cortisol regulation and hot flash frequency are typically observed within 30–60 days of consistent use.
If you don't feel the shift, our Feel-It-In-14-Days™ promise has you covered — see our Refund Policy.
Side effects
PeriCalm Cascade is generally well-tolerated. Some women report:
- Vivid dreams in the first week (typically resolves within 7–10 days)
- Mild digestive changes if taken on an empty stomach (take with food)
- Drowsiness in the first few days (some women prefer evening dosing)
If you experience any unusual symptoms, stop taking the product and consult your doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing.
