Subscription Policy

The PeriCalm subscription is built to do one thing: make it easy to keep showing up for yourself, without ever feeling locked in.

How it works

When you subscribe, you choose a bundle (1-Pack, 3-Pack, or 6-Pack), and we ship a fresh supply on a recurring schedule:

  • 1-Pack subscription — ships every 30 days
  • 3-Pack subscription — ships every 90 days
  • 6-Pack subscription — ships every 180 days

You get a subscriber discount on every order, plus the same bonuses included with every box: The 14-Day Peri Reset Guide, the Symptom Tracker Pack, and the 30-Day Peri Email Series.

Managing your subscription

Everything is self-service through your customer account at trypericalm.com. From there you can:

  • Skip your next shipment
  • Pause your subscription for as long as you need
  • Cancel anytime, no questions
  • Change your bundle (move from 1-Pack to 3-Pack or vice versa)
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Change your next charge date

You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each upcoming charge, so there are never any surprises.

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your customer account. Cancellations made before your next charge date take effect immediately — you will not be billed again.

If you cancel after a charge has already gone through but before the order ships, email us at support@trypericalm.com right away and we'll cancel the shipment and issue a refund.

Refunds on subscriptions

Your first subscription charge is covered by the Feel-It-In-14-Days™ promise — if PeriCalm Cascade isn't working within 14 days, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund every penny on opened bottles. Bonuses are yours to keep. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Price changes

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
